Provision of integrated bird boxes, bat boxes, hedgehog highways, insect bricks and hibernaculum as part of the Homes for Nature initiative.

Nature-friendly SuDS, with design and planting that follow best practice guidelines for supporting wildlife.

Nature friendly planting throughout the site to support wildlife.

Sustainable travel planning for all new residents.
